I am passionate about interim management, because it is fun working with service providers and ACHIEFERS — both on the client side and with our interim managers. It's good to see that there are still a lot of makers out there who don't get sweats when someone utters the words work and achievement.

In the last five years working for a leading interim management provider, I have been able to get to know many first-class interim managers and customers who want to make a difference.

During my time as a management consultant at Accenture and rpc (part of BMW group), I was able to supervise many implementation projects at renowned companies such as Henkel, Ferrero, BMW, Telekom, REWE, C&A, MediaMarktSaturn, Schwarz Group, etc. During outsourcing projects or the introduction of Salesforce and SAP, I was able to experience first-hand the challenges of major transformation projects. I have also seen how overwhelming it can be for internal project managers to have to play the political keyboard and at the same time be responsible for project success and the management of external implementation partners.

My professional journey began as a dual student at Aldi Süd, where I learned the value of hard work and efficient processes and then had management responsibility for up to 100 employees in the branches. My passion for innovation and technology led me to an MBA at TU Munich with a focus on Innovation & Business Creation.

Personally

As a former member of Regensburger Domspatzen, I appreciate team spirit, discipline and cosmopolitanism — values that have also been reinforced by stays abroad in California (high school) and Australia (community service). It's my thing to achieve goals together with people and then celebrate the successes properly.

At home, my life with three children teaches me every day what real leadership means — the balance between discipline and humor, dedication and the desire to help shape a future in which they too can realize their dreams.

I love guiding people and companies through change — with attitude, humor and tangible impact, all of which I find in interim management. That is why I am now pleased to have a new professional home with ACHIEFERS.

Interim management is a special sector and, in addition to dynamic challenges caused by mandates that are implemented with high time and entrepreneurial pressure, also offers great development potential for ACHIEFERS, customers and, of course, myself. No day is the same and I particularly like that.

However, my professional journey began in marketing, where I was able to learn and make a difference in various positions, from start-ups (mybau.com) to SMEs to corporations (Siemens AG). After many years of marketing, I took the step into the executive search industry (von der Heyden Personalberatung) in 2018 and relatively soon afterwards into interim management (Atreus GmbH).

I coach, advise, network and bring a breath of fresh air to recruiting and executive search, and that sets me apart. For me, it is a matter close to my heart to bring more women into interim management and to make the opportunities available in this area more and more known.

I love working with people who want to make a difference: honestly, sustainably and preferably with lots of humor. Real listening is important to me. My tools: an interdisciplinary perspective, clear language and the courage to translate complexity into simplicity.

Personally

And privately, I like to immerse myself in my books, cook and do lots of sports. As the mother of an adult daughter, I have been able to dedicate myself more and more to traveling for some time, which also greatly enriches my life. Nowhere else can you learn as much about life as elsewhere — except in interim management.

I originally come from the hotel industry — there I learned how to give people a special time, to accompany them and to keep an eye on and organize everything. This attitude still shapes me today: focus on people, be committed, make things possible.

I found my professional home in human resources. Here I feel at home with everything that goes with it — whether as a mediator between companies and talents, as a listener with genuine interest or as a source of inspiration to point out new paths. I would count networking and promoting new ideas among my strengths.

I guide people and organizations through change — with heart, structure and an eye for the essentials. Interim management inspires me, firstly because it's a new environment for me personally and secondly because I enjoy working with my brother. My work at ACHIEFERS gives me exciting insights into new industries, getting to know people, being able to live out my passions and flexibility. I am very happy that I can take advantage of this opportunity and keep learning new things.

Personally

As part of a patchwork family, I know what it means to reconcile different perspectives, find compromises and still stick to yourself. It is a daily practice in balance, flexibility and mutual respect — with several participants, different needs and a big common goal: to have a good time.

Despite (or perhaps because of) these challenges, I consciously take time for what gives me energy: the mountains, singing and short breaks in which I recharge my batteries and gain new perspectives.
